Also located in the fast-growing western corridor of Brisbane, Treetops Estate covers 20 hectares and being developed in two stages, with a total of 149 residential lots planed.

Earthworks have been completed, and civil construction is now in the preparation. Stage one is scheduled for completion in Feb 2026, with Stage Two to commence shortly after.
