Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager (QBCC Accredited) to oversee the design and delivery of residential and mixed-use projects within GRW’s growing development portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gold Coast, QLD, working closely with consultants, builders, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed to the highest architectural and regulatory standards.
The role will involve managing projects from concept through construction — ensuring design intent, compliance, and build quality are maintained throughout every stage of development.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural and building design projects from concept through completion.

Oversee DA, BA, and QBCC compliance processes and ensure all documentation meets statutory and code requirements.

Collaborate with consultants, builders, and suppliers to maintain design integrity and construction feasibility.

Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.

Manage design development, value engineering, and client/stakeholder coordination.

Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design standards, timeframes, and budgets.

Drive sustainable and innovative design outcomes aligned with GRW’s brand values and community objectives.

Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and design registers.
Role Requirements

QBCC Licence (Architectural or Project Management Category) essential.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Minimum 5–7 years’ experience managing residential, mixed-use, or community projects.

Strong understanding of NCC, Queensland Building Regulations, and compliance pathways.

Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.

Exceptional leadership, design management, and client communication skills.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
